Dogs welcome

Prattshayes sits down Maer Lane on the rural edge of Exmouth, a short walk from the sea and from the Exmouth watersports centre run by the same owners. Pitches are in hedge-lined grass fields, with a few hardstanding and grass touring pitches for motorhomes and caravans up to 8m. Most have 16A electric and an awning is included in the pitch price.

There is a newer shower and toilet block, a covered wash-up area, and a reception with a seasonal bar and shop. The farmhouse has been converted into two self-contained places to stay, the Cottage and the Lodge, each sleeping 14. The site says it generates solar and thermal energy, runs on renewable electricity and sends no waste to landfill. Dogs are welcome on leads, but fire pits, open fires and disposable barbecues are not allowed, and it is a family site so parties are not welcome.
