Devon Cliffs is one of Haven's largest parks, set above Sandy Bay on the East Devon coast near Exmouth. You stay in a static caravan or a lodge, graded from Saver up to Signature Gold and Signature Diamond, with higher grades adding decking, dishwashers, allocated parking and sea or lakeside views.

Facilities are what you would expect of a large park: indoor pool with slides, an outdoor pool that is closed for the rest of 2026, a Wetherspoon pub, a cafe, an arcade, an aerial adventure course and evening entertainment. The site is hilly, and mobility scooters can be hired. Dogs are welcome on the park but not on the beach from 1 May to 30 September.
