Plymouth Sound Club Campsite

Clifftop touring field above Plymouth Sound with a big dog walk, but no toilet block, so best suited to self-contained caravans and motorhomes.

See all 7 photos
  • Dogs welcome
  • Near beach

This is the Caravan and Motorhome Club's headland site outside Plymouth, with views over the Sound. It has 62 touring pitches, no tent area, a play area and a large on-site dog walk. The page says plainly that there is no toilet block, so you need your own facilities. Non-members can book.

The South West Coast Path is reachable from the site and the Plym Valley cycle way, Plymouth's dockyard and aquarium and the South Hams coast are all within a short drive. The last stretch is narrow lanes, and the Club asks you to follow its printed directions rather than a sat nav.
