Penn Hill is a small level field behind the owners' bungalow and farm shop on the western edge of Bath. A central access road has hardstanding pitches down each side, and every position has its own post with 16 amp electric and water.
There are no toilets or showers and tents are not accepted, so it suits self-contained caravans and motorhomes. A chemical disposal point, drive-over waste water point and recycling bins are on site, and awnings, dogs and cars cost nothing extra.
The Bath Park and Ride is under ten minutes on foot, which makes it easy to leave the van and bus into town. The Cotswold Way and the Bristol to Bath railway path are a few minutes away, and Weston village has a small supermarket and pubs half a mile off.
