Hook Farm sits in the Lym Valley on Gore Lane in Uplyme, just over the Devon border from Lyme Regis. Over five acres of camping are split across two fields on a slope, mostly flat or terraced plots with hedges for shelter, and many pitches face west for evening light. More than half have a 10 amp hook-up, so you will want a long cable. Tent pitches come in four sizes and you must book the one that fits your tent; motorhomes and campervans up to 6.85m go on hardstanding or grass with plastic tiles. Touring caravans are not accepted.
Away from the camping fields there are two pre-erected bell tents above the cider apple orchard, a few static caravans, a shepherd's hut and two cottages. There is a small shop with bread and pastries, two shower blocks (20p for four minutes of hot water), free wifi and a 7kW EV charger. The tone is deliberately calm: no groups, no stag or hen parties, no bikes or scooters on site. The river path into Lyme Regis starts nearby.

Prices
Pitch price covers the pitch and two people (one of them over 18). Extra adults, children over 5, extra vehicles and pup tents cost extra. Full payment is due 28 days before arrival; non-refundable deposit £50 for a touring pitch, £100 for a static caravan.
