Eype Beach is the newest of the West Dorset Leisure Holidays parks, on the cliff above a quiet pebble beach where dogs are allowed all year. The South West Coast Path runs past the gate, with Thorncombe Beacon one way and West Bay the other.

The park lets two-bedroom caravans sleeping four, many with sea views, and Platinum Pods at the top of the site that sleep two and have a kitchenette, shower room, TV and covered decking. Pod guests get free use of the Highlands End Leisure Club pool, a 15 to 20 minute walk away along the footpath, and everyone can use that park's shop, bar and restaurant. Bed linen is included in the pods but is an extra for caravans.
