Dunes is a small family-run site on the St Davids peninsula with 22 named pitches, each far bigger than a standard plot and bordered by banks or wild planting. No pitch is shared with another booking, and the owners limit numbers to keep it quiet. Several pitches are hideaway spots out of sight of neighbours; a few are big enough for two families.

Tents, trailer tents, campervans and motorhomes are all taken, though not every pitch suits every vehicle, so check the pitch list when booking. Cars are parked in a separate area 50 to 120 metres away and wheelbarrows are provided. Campervans can stay on selected pitches.

Whitesands beach is about ten to fifteen minutes on foot, and St Davids is around half an hour's walk or a two-minute drive. The site is dog and pet free, and open fires and charcoal barbecues are not allowed.
