Campfires

Fairview is a small farm campsite at Portfield Gate, a few miles from Haverfordwest, run by Ingrid and John Angel, who bought the rundown farm in 2019 and live on site while they renovate it. There are 20 tent pitches and 5 for campervans, so it never gets crowded.

Llamas, alpacas, donkeys and chickens live on the farm and fresh eggs are sold by the house. The owners have planted a small arboretum that guests can walk on the mown paths. Facilities are solar-powered with composting toilets, hot showers and fresh water.

The beaches of St Brides Bay are about ten minutes by car. Campfires are allowed. The site was due to open at Easter 2026; ring or email to confirm dates and current prices.
