Windmill Hill sits on St Daniel's Hill above Pembroke, next to a working dairy farm. There is a grassy camping field and room for around 30 touring caravans and motorhomes, with electric hook-up available for both tents and tourers.

Showers and hot water for washing up are free, and there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus a fridge and chest freezer guests can use. Dogs are welcome at no charge and have their own exercise area. Pembroke Dock ferry terminal is close, and the Coastal Cruiser bus passes the site for walks along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
