Coulmore Bay is a small park on an organic family farm on the Black Isle shore of the Beauly Firth, around three miles of single-track road beyond North Kessock. It is a place to rent rather than to pitch: there is no touring or camping, only self-catering static caravans and two lodges, with part of the site given over to owners' caravans.

The hire caravans sit in a quiet corner of the site facing the water, and the windows are made for watching seals, ospreys and the odd dolphin. The two lodges are a converted former hotel and restaurant, split into a six-sleeper and a ten-sleeper that can be taken together for 16. On site there is a fenced play park, a games room with pool and table football, a small launderette and a football pitch. Dogs are welcome in the holiday lets if you ask first, with no extra charge.
