Dingwall Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Sheltered Club site on the edge of Dingwall, a launchpad for the North Coast 500, the Black Isle and Cromarty Firth wildlife.

See all 1 photos
  • Dogs welcome

Dingwall Club Site sits on the edge of the town, next to the Ross County football ground, about 15 miles north of Inverness. Pitches are laid out among trees and hedges, so many feel secluded, and it takes tents, caravans, motorhomes and rooftop tents. The town centre, its railway station and a riverside park are a short walk away.

It makes a handy base for the North Coast 500 and for the Black Isle, with red kites, ospreys and the odd dolphin in Cromarty Firth. TV reception on site can be poor, and on Saturday home-match days in the football season the roads around the site can be restricted, so the site asks arriving campers to ring ahead.
