Camping Pod Heaven sits in woodland in the village of Abriachan, high above the west shore of Loch Ness and about 11 miles from Inverness. The main draw is ten wooden camping pods: insulated, with floor mattresses, a heater, lights, a 6 amp socket and free wifi. They are bare-bones, so you bring your own bedding (or hire a bed pack) and everything else for camping. Four-person pods and one six-person Big Pod are offered.

There are also three pitches for small tents, plus self-contained campervan pitches on hardstanding (up to 6.5m, with or without electric hook-up). Shared toilets and showers are on site, with a communal picnic shelter, fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle in the office hours. The Great Glen Way passes the site and it works as a start or finish point for the NC500. Open fires are banned and the site does not take pets.
