Carmarthen Bay is a Parkdean Resorts holiday park on the Gwendraeth estuary near Kidwelly, with St Ishmael beach reachable from the park. Pembrey Country Park and its long beach are about half an hour away by car, and Kidwelly Castle is close.
Stay in a caravan, a chalet, a lodge or a hot tub lodge. On the park there is an indoor pool with waterslide, soft play, adventure golf, a multi-sports court, an arcade, kids' clubs and a showbar with evening entertainment.
A railway line runs directly alongside the park, which is worth knowing if you are a light sleeper. The park has a Boathouse Bar & Restaurant, a Loaded takeaway, Costa Coffee, a launderette and a convenience store.
