Swallow Tree is a small, family-run holiday park in woodland between Tenby and Saundersfoot, with its seaward edge on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. There are no tent or touring pitches: you stay in a pine lodge, a caravan holiday home or Oystercatcher, a three-bedroom house-style unit with its own hot tub and views over the bay. Lodges and caravans come in two- and three-bedroom versions, and several have private hot tubs looked after by the staff.

The leisure complex has a heated indoor pool with a children's splash area, plus a sauna, steam room and gym; site guests can swim from 9am to 7pm, and casual swimmers can pay at the door. A small number of caravans and lodges take one dog, for a nightly charge, and the beach at Saundersfoot is a short walk away. Short breaks run Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, and there are Christmas breaks too.
