Sunnyvale is a family-run holiday park on the road into Saundersfoot, a little under a mile from the harbour beach and about 3.5 miles from Tenby, with a bus stop outside the gate. The park lets around 53 static caravans, mostly two and three bedroom models sleeping six or eight, and the grounds are known locally for their flower displays. There is no touring or camping here; tourers and tents go to the owners' sister parks at Trefalun, Ants Hill and Howelston.

Staying here gets you the indoor heated pool, the Stars clubhouse with a bar and restaurant, a children's play area and a programme of nightly entertainment in the holiday season, plus weekend tribute acts. Dogs are accepted only in designated pet-friendly caravans, for a weekly charge, and are kept out of the pool areas. The same group runs neighbouring Valley Grove (bungalows, some with hot tubs) and Sunny Glen, and guests there can use Sunnyvale's pool and clubhouse.

Prices are shown only in the online booking system. A £75 deposit per week secures the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Hire a cot or high chair for £20 a week, extra parking is £5 a night and bedding hire is £15 per bed where not included.
