Working farm a mile from Llangollen with grass and hardstanding touring pitches, glamping pods and bell tents, holiday cottages and an on-site bistro.

  • Dogs welcome
  • Glamping

Abbey Farm is run by the Davies family and sits about a mile outside Llangollen, with a walking route into town that follows the canal and takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes. Touring and camping pitches are either grass or hardstanding, with or without 10 amp electric hook-up, and every price covers up to four people and one car, which makes it good value for a bigger party.

For glamping there is a range of pods, from basic standard pods through mega pods with a double bed to en-suite deluxe pods, plus furnished bell tents that sleep five. Five self-catering cottages, all with private hot tubs, and a holiday caravan sit alongside. On site you will find a bistro with a dog-friendly conservatory, a small shop, vending machines and wi-fi around the office. No campfires are allowed, but off-ground barbecues are fine.
