Willow Fields sits on Blackmoor Lane on the edge of Haxey, on the North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire border, next to Rush Furlong nature reserve and open farmland with footpaths running past. Pitches are 9m by 9m, either on grass or on hardstanding in the entrance car park, and electric and non-electric versions are offered. Tents, caravans and motorhomes are all welcome, one unit to a pitch.

There are toilets and showers, laundry with a washer and dryer, washing-up facilities, and an Elsan point beside the toilet block. The clubhouse has a licensed bar and serves drinks and food most weekends. A large rally field means the site also hosts meetups and events, and glamping pods can be booked separately. Dogs are fine on a lead, fire pits and barbecues must be raised a foot off the ground, and generators are not allowed.
