Tregroes sits on Manorowen Road above Fishguard, about a mile on foot from the town and the closest site to the Stena ferry terminal, so evening arrivals off the boat are expected. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is around a mile and a half away, with the Strumble Shuttle bus to pick it up further along.

The touring field has 40 spacious pitches: standard grass without power, or grass and hardstanding pitches with hook-up and a picnic table, with fire pits available to hire. Newly refurbished hot showers are free and there is a covered washing-up area. For a roof over your head there are geodomes sleeping five, three wooden pods, a custom cabin on wheels and a holiday caravan, all with bedding included. Tregroes Pantry, the on-site licensed restaurant, opens Wednesday to Sunday.

Pitch prices cover 2 people. Peak season is all bank holidays, two weeks at Easter, the spring bank holiday and late July to August; minimum 3 nights in peak season for glamping and at the late May and August bank holidays for pitches. Glamping prices include bedding; bring towels.
