Thornthorpe is a small adults-only site run by the farm family, with grass and hardstanding pitches, 10-amp hook-ups and a stream along one side. Booking is for Camping and Caravanning Club members, who send their membership number when they book.
The shower and toilet block is a converted smokehouse, with washing-up facilities outside. Fire pits and barbecues can be hired for the evening, and Malton market town is about two miles away.

Prices
£27 a night for a caravan, motorhome or trailer tent and £23 for a tent. A deposit of one night is taken at booking and the balance is paid on arrival by cash or bank transfer. Each pitch is booked separately.
