The caravan and camping park is a small, quiet area at the edge of The Oaks Lakes fishery in Sessay, between Thirsk and Easingwold. It opened in 2014 and has 25 oversized pitches, a mix of hardstanding and grass, every one with an electric hook-up. A strip of woodland shelters it from the lakes on one side and the other looks out over farmland towards the Hambleton Hills.

A heated shower and toilet block (separate ladies, gents and accessible rooms, plus a covered washing-up area) was added in 2019. The fishery next door has over 400 pegs, a daily cafe and a tackle shop, so it works well as a base for an angling break. The park is adults only and dogs are not allowed. Prices are not published online; the site takes bookings by phone and through an online booking form.
