Oakdene is a big, busy family holiday park spread over 55 acres beside Hurn and Avon Forest, a few miles from Bournemouth and Poole. The accommodation is two and three bedroom caravans plus Superior and Signature lodges with hot tubs, and there are no touring pitches.
The main complex does most of the work: an indoor pool with a flume, sauna and steam room, a seasonal heated outdoor pool, a gym, arcade, adventure golf, a supermarket and the Acorn Bar with a dog-friendly seating area. Evening cabaret and kids' activities are included when booking direct, and there are forest walks from the gate.
