Family-run park on a working farm beside Lough Aghery near Hillsborough, with grass and hard pitches with 16 amp hook-up, open April to October.
See all 4 photosLakeside View has been running since 1995 on farmland that slopes down to Lough Aghery, a few miles from Hillsborough. Pitches are a mix of grass and hardstanding, all with 16 amp electric hook-up, and the park is self-contained with open space for children to play.
There is a shower block with hot showers, a laundry room, a campers' kitchen and an accessible family washroom, plus a playground and a barbecue and picnic area. The farm next door means lambs, calves and hay-making depending on the season. Twin-wheeled caravans and commercial vehicles are not allowed. The park has also been used as film crew accommodation and takes group bookings by arrangement.
