Higher Penderleath sits in the hills above St Ives near Towednack, with long views north across farmland to the town. The park covers ten acres of mainly level grass with well-spaced pitches for tents, tourers and motorhomes, and electric hook-ups on some of them. St Ives is about five minutes away by car, and a footpath nearby joins the Cornish coast path.

The amenities live in old granite farm buildings: toilet blocks with free hot showers, a dishwashing room and a launderette. There is a children's play area, and for 2026 the park added wifi, a barrier on the entrance and 24-hour CCTV.

Pitch prices include two people and one car; extra adults, children, dogs and further vehicles are charged per night. Stays are three nights minimum. Dogs are welcome (two maximum) on a short lead, generators are banned and the site goes quiet at 11pm.
