Small family-run site on an old orchard near Hayle with electric hook-ups on the main field, a play area, and free dogs, two minutes from town.

Treglisson is a small touring and camping field in a former orchard on the edge of Hayle. There are 26 pitches on the main site, all with electric, plus a separate non-electric meadow of nine pitches that opens only in busy weeks. Tents, caravans, campervans, trailer tents and motorhomes are all taken, though motorhomes need to book a hardstanding pitch because there are no water or drain points on the pitches.

Families get a sandpit, play park and a covered play area, and there is a tiled shower block, undercover washing-up area, small launderette and a freezer for ice blocks. A little licensed shop, The Mine, opens at May half term and in the summer holidays, with freshly baked pastries if you order the night before. Dogs stay free (two per pitch, on leads). The beaches of St Ives Bay and Gwithian are a few minutes away by car.
