Small town-edge campsite a 5 to 10 minute walk from Whitby centre and the Abbey, with a cottage, apartment and room to rent too.

Folly Gardens sits on Green Lane on the edge of Whitby, close enough to walk into the town centre and up to the Abbey in minutes, with the coastal path to Robin Hood's Bay starting nearby. The owners say it is the only campsite within easy walking distance of the town.
Camping is for small tents and campervans only: tent pitches are all non-electric, campervans of 4.5m to 7.5m get electricity, and there is no space for caravans. Large tents, 8-berth tents and gazebos are not allowed. A shower block has five wet rooms, plus a washing-up station.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. Bookings are by email, with a two-night minimum. Away from the field, the same owners let a two-bedroom cottage, a ground-floor apartment and an en-suite room.
