Coldstream Holiday Park sits on the western edge of the town, above the River Tweed on the Scottish side of the border. Pitches face south to south-west with views across to the Cheviot and Eildon hills, and the centre of Coldstream, with its pubs, cafes and shops, is about a 15-minute walk away.

Camping is on a small tent field of about twenty grass pitches, ten of them with electric, alongside serviced touring and motorhome pitches. The park also lets glamping pods and a fleet of holiday homes, many with their own hot tubs and some that take dogs. A heated amenity block, campers' kitchen, launderette, play park, wifi and two EV chargers are on site. There is no shop or pub on the park.
