Cae Du sits beside the River Glaslyn in Snowdonia, a 10 to 15 minute walk along the river from Beddgelert village with its pubs, cafes and shops. Pitches take tents, trailer tents, caravans, motorhomes and campervans, in non-electric, electric and hardstanding with electric and water versions.
Facilities include a laundry room with washers and dryers, WiFi, showers and hot water, and a family zone on the far side of the pond for ball games. Fires are only allowed in raised fire pits, which you can hire along with logs from reception.
A separate backpacker section takes small one- or two-person tents for walkers and cyclists arriving without a vehicle, bookable by phone only. The park is closed from November to the end of February.
