Brook Meadow is a working farm at Sibbertoft on the Leicestershire-Northamptonshire border, built around a fishing lake. The camping field is divided by hedging into small bays, with grass pitches (some with electric) and 16 electric hard-standings, several beside the lake. Washrooms were rebuilt in 2024-25 to a boutique-hotel standard, there is a communal kitchen with fridges and freezers, a small shop and a warden on site.
Other stays include the Marabou safari lodge (sleeps up to 8), the Sunbird bell tent, a retro Airstream, the Nuthatch cabin and three lakeside lodges. Summer brings a programme that includes cinema nights in the cowshed, a lakeside sauna, wild swimming sessions, farm tours and egg collecting. Quad biking, gliding and ballooning are on the farm or nearby, and the farm runs a shoot on some Thursdays from October to February.

Pitch prices cover up to 2 people and 1 vehicle. 2026 rates are also published (£1-3 lower). Bank holidays add £3 per night from Easter to August. A refundable £50 good-behaviour bond is taken per pitch. Sunbird: £80 damage deposit, 2-night minimum, extra people £12 a night. Lodge, Marabou, Silverbird and Nuthatch prices are shown only in the online booking system.
