The Paddock is a small, quiet touring site on Lyndon Road outside Oakham, run by a family. Fifteen grass pitches each have their own hardstanding, with optional electric hook-up, and there is mains water, recycling and a chemical toilet emptying point.
There are no toilets or showers, so you need a motorhome or caravan that looks after itself. Under-18s are not allowed. Dogs are welcome if kept under control, and the reservoir paths for walking and cycling are close by, with Oakham, Uppingham and Stamford a short drive away.
