Bos Verbas sits on a rise above Praa Sands on Cornwall's south coast, with wide views over farmland and out to sea. It is a Camping and Caravanning Club certificated site, and it is adults only, though 16 and 17 year olds are accepted as part of a family group.
The pitches are large and flat grass, most with electric hook-up. Two serviced pitches, Puffin and Palm, each have their own private shower hut with toilet and basin. Everyone else uses the shower and toilet block and the campers' kitchen, which has washing-up facilities, a fridge-freezer and a kettle. There is also a small campers' cabin with a book swap and plants and crafts for sale.
Praa Sands beach and the coast path are about a 20-minute walk away, and a pub, a Spar and a bus stop are close. The owners also let a one-bedroom holiday cottage, The Look Out.
