See all 2 photos- Some dogs
The site is a field next to the Anglesey Transport and Agriculture Museum near Newborough, looking across to the Snowdonia range. It is run as a five-pitch Caravan and Motorhome Club site, so caravan and motorhome pitches are booked online with a club membership number. All have hardstanding and electric hook-up.
The alternative is one of three converted ex-army trucks, sleeping two or four, which are bookable by anyone. Showers and toilets are free, and there is a children's play area and a cafe on site. Llanddwyn Island and Newborough Forest are a short drive or walk away.
Dogs must be on a lead, and are not allowed in the glamper trucks.
