Awelfryn Caravan Park (Newborough Forest)

Touring and camping park on the edge of Newborough Forest on Anglesey, a walk or cycle from Llanddwyn beach.

  • Dogs welcome

Awelfryn, also marketed as Newborough Forest Holiday Park, is one of two parks run by Newborough Holidays in the village of Newborough on south-west Anglesey. It sits beside Newborough Forest and takes tents, caravans and motorhomes from March to October, aimed mainly at couples, families, walkers and cyclists. Groups are only taken by arrangement.

The forest has red squirrels, walking and cycling trails, and leads to Newborough beach and tidal Llanddwyn Island. The Anglesey Coastal Path and the Lon Las Cefni cycle track are close. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. A forest chalet is also let by the same owners.
