Aber Camping is a small adults-only site (16 and over) outside Old Goginan, inland from Aberystwyth. It takes tents, trailer tents, roof tents and small motorhomes on well-spaced pitches, some with electric hook-up and some strictly non-electric.
Facilities are a men's and women's toilet and shower block with hot electric showers (honesty box), a washing-up area, a washing machine, hire fire pits with logs and kindling, and a small shop for basics. There is no chemical toilet disposal point. Beyond camping you can stay in the Rheidol shepherd's hut or a touring caravan. Nearby are walks, old mine workings and dams, and the site is a quiet place for stargazing. Dogs are not allowed.
