See all 12 photos- Dogs welcome
Wilcocks Farm is a family-run touring site on the edge of the West Pennine Moors, half a mile outside Rivington and below Winter Hill. There are 22 hardstanding pitches, every one with electric hook-up, and water points around the field. It takes caravans, motorhomes and campervans only; tents are not accepted.
The farm keeps sheep, cattle, hens and pygmy goats, and the site and farm run on a wind turbine. The toilet and shower block has disabled access, family rooms and a baby-changing room, and there is a pot-wash area, an Elsan point and free wifi. Dogs are welcome on a lead. Groups and Duke of Edinburgh parties can use a separate rally field by enquiry. The owners also run self-catering cabins at Rivington as a separate booking.
