Trethem Mill is a family-run touring park down a single-track lane off the A3078 on the Roseland Peninsula, a few minutes from St Mawes. It takes adults only, 18 and over, including day visitors, and keeps the mood quiet: no gazebos, no generators, no group gatherings, noise kept low and all quiet from 10.30pm. Pitches are individually hedged, every one has 16-amp electric, a TV point and a picnic table, and most guests are in caravans, motorhomes or tents with a car.

There are three pitch types. Grass pitches are on a gentle slope for drainage and are for tents only. All-weather pitches have a gravel base and also work for tents with a thicker groundsheet. Fully serviced pitches add water and drainage to the gravel. Two people are included in the price; extra adults, a second car and a pup tent are small add-ons.

The central block has individual unisex shower rooms with underfloor heating, a coin laundrette, an indoor washing-up room, a small shop with wine, beer and basics, four EV chargers and a motorhome service point. Dogs are welcome on a short lead and can run in a separate three-acre field. Free WiFi covers the park; EE mobile signal is good but other networks are patchy. The park is closed for 2026 and reopens 1 May 2027.
