Summer Valley is a family-run touring park in a sheltered, south-facing parkland valley just off the A30 at Shortlanesend, the closest touring park to Truro. A public footpath and cycleway runs from the park into the city (about two miles), and Perranporth and St Agnes are ten minutes by car.
Most pitches are large grass with electric hook-up (43 have it), with super large grass pitches and a few fully serviced hardstandings. Showers have free hot water, there is a heated amenities block, a campers' kitchen with a freezer for ice packs but no cooking facilities, a laundry and free wifi across the park. Beyond pitches you can stay in a glamping pod, hobbit houses or a static caravan. Dogs are welcome on a short lead, up to two per pitch; couples, families and solo travellers are accepted but not hen or stag groups.
