Newperran is a mixed holiday park in the countryside behind the north Cornish coast, about ten minutes by car from Perranporth and a little further to Newquay. Most of it is rented caravans and lodges in three grades, with an indoor heated pool, an adventure playground and the Sunset Bar and Eatery as the social centre.

Tent campers are catered for as well, but only in a short window: the camping page offers non-serviced grass pitches for tents from 3 July to 31 August 2026. The camping page also lists showers, a washing-up area and water and waste disposal. Free WiFi is only in the Sunset Bar and Eatery; there is none in the accommodation.
