Solley's Farm Campsite
Small farm campsite at Ripple near Deal with electric pitches for tents, vans and caravans, plus an ice cream parlour and pub on site.
Solley's is a working ice cream farm at Ripple, between Deal and Dover. The small campsite is laid out in fields: a main field of electric pitches, an outer field with grass and hardstanding pitches (including tent-only ones), a top field, a hedged paddock and a windsock area.
Most pitches have 16 amp hook-up, and there is a waste disposal point and toilet and shower facilities refitted in July 2024. The ice cream parlour and cafe and The Pub at Solley's are on the farm. Dover is about 20 minutes away, which makes it a handy first or last night around a ferry, and Deal, Sandwich and Canterbury are all within half an hour.
- Ice cream parlour, cafe and pub on the farm
- 16 amp hook-ups on most pitches
- Around 20 minutes from Dover
- Toilets and showers refitted 2024
