Pen y Bont Caravan & Camping
Small family-run touring field on Anglesey's Inland Sea, with coastal path access, hardstanding or grass pitches and a spotless shower block.
See all 7 photos- Dogs welcome
Pen y Bont is a small touring site beside the Inland Sea, where Anglesey meets Holy Island at Four Mile Bridge. The same family has run it for over seventy years. Pitches look across the water to Holyhead Mountain, and the Anglesey Coastal Path starts more or less at the gate.
Most pitches are hardstanding or grass with 10 amp electric, with room for an awning and the car beside you. There is a limited number of non-electric grass pitches for small and medium tents. The toilet and shower block is modern and checked through the day, and there is a covered washing-up area, laundry room, and disabled toilet and shower.
Valley, a short walk away, has shops, a chemist, cafes, a station and buses. Trearddur Bay and Rhoscolyn beaches are a few minutes by car, and Holyhead ferry port is about ten. The site opens from April to the end of September; no campfires or generators.
- Direct access to the Inland Sea and coastal path
- View towards Holyhead Mountain
- 10 amp electric, awning and one dog included in the pitch price
- Short walk to Valley village and station
