Miltonhaven is a small family-run park on the shore two miles north of St Cyrus, between Dundee and Aberdeen and just off the A92. It takes 22 touring caravans and motorhomes on gravel hardstandings with grass surrounds, each with electric hook-up and a water point, and has space for tents too. The owners have nearly a mile of foreshore where dogs can be exercised, and the railway viaduct at Den Finella is nearby.
On site there is a laundry room, coin-operated showers, a children's play area and a function room, The Kabins, with TV and a pool table. Dogs are allowed with caravans and motorhomes but not in or with tents, and must be on a short lead because free-range farm animals share the ground. The park is open from April to October and the owners have put it up for sale as a going concern, so check before planning a long trip.
