Banchory Lodge is a compact, family-run park at the bridge over the River Dee, mostly given over to privately owned static caravans. Visitors with their own wheels get a handful of fully serviced hardstanding pitches for motorhomes and campervans. Tents and tourers are not accepted.
You can leave the van and walk into Banchory for the shops, pubs and restaurants, and the town is on the bus route for Royal Deeside. The park sits close to the road and the town, so expect some traffic noise. There are two wet-rooms with toilet, sink and shower, two further toilets, a laundry and dishwashing area, and light-use wifi. It is open April to October.
