Longleat is a Caravan and Motorhome Club site of 174 pitches in parkland on the Longleat Estate: 161 for tourers, 151 on hardstanding, and 13 grass pitches for tents. Non-members can book. It has Green Tourism Gold and is a Tourer Explorer site.
The house and Safari Park are about five minutes on foot, with tickets sold at Longleat's back gate. Dogs are not allowed inside the Longleat grounds or attractions, but there are walks from the club side of the road and woodland paths to dog-friendly pubs, around 45 minutes each way. On site are a play area, games room, dog walk, laundry and Wi-Fi. Seasonal pitches are also offered.
Do not use the site postcode for sat nav; use BA12 7PH (the pub at Lane End on the A362) and follow the brown signs, which is the only permitted route for caravans and motorhomes. Open late March to early January.
