Gyrn Ddu is a small adults-only campsite below the hill of Gyrn Ddu on the Llŷn Peninsula, just off the A499 near Clynnog Fawr. It has about 15 pitches, mostly for tents, with a few places for campervans and small motorhomes. There is no electric hook-up.
The facilities are basic but clean: toilets, hot showers, drinking water and fire pits, with firewood sold on site. It sits right on the Wales Coast Path with a quiet beach nearby, and Nefyn and Aberdaron are a drive away. The ground is uneven in places and the weather can be wild.
