Gorse Farm Caravan Park
Small adults-oriented touring field on a working farm at Godshill, 400 yards from the open New Forest, with 25 electric pitches and one flat rate.
See all 5 photos- Dogs welcome
Gorse Farm has been run by the Pardey family since 1967 and takes only caravans and motorhomes: 25 spacious pitches, a mix of hardstanding and grass, every one with electric hook-up. It is level and open, with sun on every pitch most of the day and some shade from trees, and a row of old woodland along one side.
The toilet block is heated and has roomy showers, a separate accessible room and a washing-up area, plus a washing machine for a small fee. It is a quiet working farm with animals and farm vehicles moving about, so the owners say it is not suitable for tents or for families with small children, and there is nothing for kids on site. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The open Forest starts 400 yards away and the New Forest tour bus passes the lane.
