  • Dogs welcome

Fell View is a four-acre touring field on a working hill farm near Scorton, on the western side of the Forest of Bowland. Views run across Morecambe Bay, and the fells of Nicky Nook and Harrisend rise right behind. Tents, caravans and motorhomes are all taken, on 22 hardstandings and 28 grass pitches, every one of which can have an electric hook-up.

The heated facilities block has men's, women's and accessible toilets and showers, plus a tents' kitchen with a fridge and freezer. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer. A one-acre lake beside the site is stocked with coarse fish and can be fished for a day charge, and it is a pleasant walk even if you do not fish. Booking is by phone or email only, and there are no seasonal pitches.

  • Electric hook-up available on all 50 pitches
  • Stocked coarse fishing lake beside the site
  • Views over Morecambe Bay and the Bowland fells
  • Heated toilet and shower block with tents' kitchen
