Common Leys Farm is a Grade II listed Tudor farmhouse on 38 acres near Waterperry, on the edge of Oxfordshire with Buckinghamshire a quarter of a mile away. Most of what it lets is five converted-barn rooms around a courtyard, from a one-room lodge with a roll-top bath to a two-storey cottage overlooking the duck pond. The farm also mentions camping and caravanning, but publishes no details of the pitches, so check with them before planning around it.
Bookings are for adults only. The farm also runs clay shooting days. Oxford is around 12 miles away.
