Battle Normanhurst Court is a Caravan and Motorhome Club site laid out in what was the garden of a manor house, with mature trees, rhododendrons and a few leftover bits of the house such as floor tiles and railings. There are 132 touring pitches, 96 on hardstanding, some in open areas and some in small groups screened by shrubs. Non-members can book.
There is a play area for ball games and a dog walk on site. The 1066 Trail passes nearby, a pub is within a mile, and Battle town with its abbey is a short drive. Eastbourne, Hastings and Rye are all a short drive.
The entrance off the A271 is a sharp turn, so use the Club's directions and take it slowly. Open late March to early November.
