See all 15 photos- Some dogs
Balquhidder Braes is a family-run park on a hillside just north of Strathyre, inside the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park and right next to Rob Roy Way and National Cycle Route 7. Most of what it lets is self-catering: timber lodges in Standard, Superior and Deluxe grades, most with a wrap-around balcony and many with a private hot tub, plus a four-bedroom house with a hot tub for 2026.
Touring is a small side of the business. There are 35 touring pitches, all hardstanding, but most are taken by seasonal tourers, so only a few are kept for overnight caravans and motorhomes. The heated toilet block has showers, a wash-up area, laundry and an Elsan disposal point. Red squirrels, deer and ospreys are regularly seen, and Loch Earn and Loch Lubnaig are close for watersports and fishing.
