Treheli Farm sits in the corner of Hell's Mouth (Porth Neigwl) on the Llyn Peninsula, with the Wales Coast Path running past the field and views right across Cardigan Bay. Pitching is relaxed: put a tent or van wherever you like along the clifftop field, with up to six people per pitch and no electric hook-up.
If you would rather not put up a tent, there are six bell tents with a fire pit and logs included. They are unfurnished, so bring your own bedding. Dogs are free, but fires must sit on a fire-retardant blanket (sold on site), disposable barbecues are banned and the site asks for no music.
The path to the beach is steep and keeps eroding, slippery after rain. It is an exposed coastal field, so pack for the weather.
