See all 5 photosThe Woods is a 14-acre touring park at Diverswell Farm, between Alva and Fishcross, facing the Ochil Hills. There are 105 pitches and 95 of them are large hardstandings that take a caravan, awning and car. Every pitch has a 16 amp hook-up, 21 are fully serviced, and there are accessible pitches too. It is affiliated to the Caravan and Motorhome Club, but members and non-members are both welcome.
Two heated toilet blocks include accessible and baby changing facilities, plus a dishwashing area and a laundry and drying room. The Woodsman bar and restaurant is on site, open from noon daily (booking is advised), and there is a children's playground. The River Devon runs alongside, with fishing permits sold at reception. Stirling is a bus ride away every 20 minutes. Self-catering lodges are also let on the park, and seasonal pitches are available for winter or the full year.
